Content Producer, short video
Ponyo 路 Buenos Aires, in person 路 Full time after a paid trial week
Own the whole loop for short video at Ponyo: script, shoot, edit, post and measure.
Ponyo is the matchmaker inside your AI assistant. You open Claude or ChatGPT, say who you are looking for, and Ponyo introduces you to one person, with the reason why. The product is live and it works. Not enough people know it exists. That is the job.
What you will do
- Write the scripts, hooks first. Ten a week.
- Shoot on a phone: me on camera, founders on the street, yourself when the format calls for it.
- Edit fast. A 45 second video should take under 90 minutes end to end.
- Post on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and X.
- Score every video at 48 hours and at 7 days. We drop what fails and do more of what works.
Who you are
- Fast. You would rather post something rough today than something perfect next week.
- Unafraid to fail. Most experiments die, and a dead video is data.
- Fluent in short video, on both sides of the camera.
- English first. Spanish is a plus.
- No degree and no agency experience needed.
How hiring works
- Send one 60 second video about Ponyo, made by you, in any format, with links to your best three.
- A 20 minute call with me.
- A paid trial week of 10 videos, at USD 30 to 50 per finished video.
- If the trial hits the bar, you join at USD 1,200 to 1,800 a month as an independent contractor.
How I work
- I write short and ask for the same. If one sentence is enough, nobody writes five.
- Fast beats polished. I would rather see something rough today than something perfect next week.
- Every experiment gets a number and a date. We keep what works and drop what does not.
- We ship small, look at it together, and only then go live.
- We start with a paid trial, so both sides know before we commit.
